The registration stations are typically at Waverly Beach (Menasha), Harbor Bar (Stockbridge) and Quinney Quencher (Stockbridge) but that may change as the season gets closer. Registration stations are open from 7am-2pm. To spear, a license needs to received by Oct. 31 of the previous year.
